Driving Directions to Kingston Plantation
NOTE** New Hwy 22 Bypass is Open- Speed Limit 60 MPH
DO NOT SPEED ON HWY 22. SPEED LIMIT IS ENFORCED
New Parkway From Hwy 22 to 501 to be completed 2002.
This new 4 lane Highway connects #501 near Aynor, SC to Hwy #17. This road is a convenient way to bypass the congested areas around Conway, SC. As you approach Myrtle Beach, take the North Myrtle Beach/ Kings Road exit. The entrance to Sea Watch and Kingston Plantation are located on Kings Road.
- Directions from Highway 501:
Follow Hwy 501 past Former Waccamaw Outlet stores and over the waterway bridge to 31-North (New Road) (North Myrtle Beach Exit Only). Travel 31to Hwy. 22 east and follow signs to Kings Road. Follow Kings Road, WallMart will be on your left to Kingston Plantation. Kingston will be on your left a couple of miles. 9820 Queensway Blvd, MYRTLE BEACH, SC 29572

Follow I-95 North to Florence, SC. Take Hwy 501 to Conway, SC. Follow directions from 501 (listed above).
- Directions from I-95 South:
Travel I-95 South to Dillon, SC. Take Hwy 9 East to North Myrtle Beach. Take Hwy. 31 south to Hwy. 22. Get on Hwy 22 East to Myrtle Beach. Follow Hwy 22 east to Kings Road. When you get off Hwy 22 at Kings Road you will see a WallMart directly across the road. Follow Hwy 9 east until you see Hwy 31 south to Myrtle Beach. Stay on 31 South until you see Hwy 22 East. Stay on Hwy 22 East until you see the exit to Kings Road. Kings Road exit will be on the extreme right of the exit. When you get to Kings Road you will see a Wall Mart directly across the road. Take I-20 East to Columbia, SC and on to Florence, SC. From Florence, take I-95 to Hwy 38 South towards Myrtle Beach. Exit 181 to Hwy 501 East (listed above).
- Directions from Columbia, SC:
Take I-20 East to I-95 North to 38 South, exit 501 South (listed above).
- Directions from Charlotte, NC:
Take US 74 East to I-95 South. From I-95 South take Hwy 501 South to Myrtle Beach. Follow directions from Hwy 501 (listed above).
- Directions from Greensboro, NC:
Travel Route 220 South to Rockingham, NC. Take US 74 East to Hamlet, NC. Take 38 East to Hwy 501 South. Follow directions from Hwy 501. Stay on 501 thru Aynor, SC and pick up Hwy 22 east to Myrtle Beach. At the end of Hwy 22, take the Kings Road exit. This exit will be on the extreme right hand side. You will see Wendy’s and Wall Mart across the road. Turn right and stay on Kings Road for a couple of miles. Kingston Plantation will be on your left.
- Directions from Calabash, NC:
Take Hwy 17 South over the waterway bridge. Follow directions from Hwy 9 (listed above).
- Directions from Myrtle Beach Airport:
Take Hwy 17 By Pass North for approximately 15 miles. Hwy 17 By Pass will merge into Hwy 17 Business. Continue on Hwy 17 approximately 1 mile to stoplight, at stoplight turn right onto Lake Arrowhead Road. Follow Lake Arrowhead Road for about 1 mile, turn left (this will be your first left after turning onto Lake Arrowhead Road) onto Kings Road.
